Every month, I consult with a variety of entrepreneurs and brands on their social media strategy. Research shows that people love to learn. It’s one of the main reasons they come to the internet. So when your company offers customers the opportunity to learn rather than an overt sales pitch, it increases the likelihood of them engaging with your post and going to your website. ….
